Privacy Policy

This policy covers Vandiver Heating & Air and the website at vandiverair.com. It explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you send us. If you fill in the form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number and/or email address, what you selected, your town, anything you write in the notes, and any photos you attach.

Basic analytics. If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit. That data is aggregated and does not include your name, phone number or email address — the site sends only an allowlist of non-identifying fields. Google sets its own cookies for this; see Google’s privacy policy.

What we do with it

We use what you send to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list. Submissions are delivered by email through a third-party sending service and are held in the office mailbox for as long as the inquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you call back about the same system.

Photos you attach are sent as email attachments and are not published anywhere. The street address and the notes field are never written to a server log — the log records the field name and the length only, because a log is readable by everyone with access to the deployment and a description of somebody’s house does not belong in one.

What we do not do

• No accounts, no passwords.
• No payments taken on this site.
• No advertising or retargeting pixels.
• No selling or sharing of your details with anyone else.

Getting in touch

A privacy question, or a request to delete what you sent, goes to [email protected] or to the phone number on this site. The office deletes the inquiry and its attachments on request and confirms when it is done.
